We support our customers with a clear and friendly return process.

  • If you receive a product with visibly damaged outer packaging, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately.

  • We will manage returns and exchanges for any items returned in accordance with our policy guidelines.

You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances, provided you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item:

  1. Defective Product:

    • Product is not functioning as expected.

  2. Wrong Item Received:

    • You received a product different from what you ordered.

  3. Damaged Item / Missing Parts:

    • Product is received with damage or missing components.

  4. Size Issues:

    • Applicable for size-specific products only. If the required size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
      Note: Size-related issues must be based on inaccuracies compared to the product description or size chart provided.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products bought using store credit, promo codes, or loyalty/reward points.

  • Edible or hygiene-sensitive items such as nutritional supplements.

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags or packaging.


📮 Return Conditions

To be eligible, all returned items must:

  • Include original tags and labels.

  • Be in unused, unwashed, and resalable condition.

  • Be returned with original product packaging. (Courier bags may be opened but should not be heavily damaged.)


🛑 Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund or store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days.


💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.

  • For cancellations or size-related issues, customers may opt for store credit instead.


🛠️ Warranty Claims

  • Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery are treated as warranty cases.

  • We will facilitate your claim through the manufacturer or connect you with the authorized service center in India.

  • For any dispute, we encourage customers to directly contact the brand. We can assist in sharing official contact details.


📢 Important Notes

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless clearly stated under specific promotions.

  • Seasonal return delays or policy overrides (e.g., during holidays or sales) will be communicated on the website.
